There is a passion in my life, and I’d like to share it with you. My passion’s name is Spiral Dynamics. It’s a name for a way to see how your personal life is being closely connected to an evolutionary process with the age of the Universe. No sticky spiritual sugar here (only if you need it). It’s an amazing scientific hypothesis and useful model for a lot of commercial organizations to work with their corporate culture.
Spiral Dynamics is about the several possible ways for you to be a reasonable being. It’s about vertical development of inner beauty and complexity of any human system from a person to a family, community, business, city, state and the whole humankind. Sometimes I hear from my students that there’s a life before and after Spiral Dynamics. It’s like you could see more clear, feel deeper, understand things from a different perspective.
As you can see, I love this model and I know that it loves me. Not the model, because all our models are just a signs on flowing water of thoughts. Somehow I know that the evolution, she loves me while I create something new, something no one hasn’t seen before. Let me share with you that passion of mine, so you could also say that there’s a life before and after Spiral Dynamics.
And it won’t be perfect, my story, because my English is not perfect. Just like me and you. But we could be authentic and true. As my story should be.
